Council is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and focussed executive manager, with (preferably) a sound knowledge of local government to provide leadership, direction and coordination of the finance, administrative and community services functions of the Shire. A salary package of between $140,000 and $150,000 is envisaged with a negotiable cash component of between $90,000 and $100,000. A comfortable 4 x 2 house will be made available and a vehicle will be provided for business and private use. A performance-based contract of between 3 and 5 years will apply. The position provides an excellent opportunity those wishing to advance or consolidate their career and to position themselves for future advancement in local government.
